Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and execute detailed drawings.
- Create 3D models and renderings for client presentations.
- Assist in the production of construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Prepare conceptual presentations for project proposals.
- Conduct site visits and assist in surveying and documenting existing conditions.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in communicating design ideas effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance design capabilities.
- Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.- 1-3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design and visualization skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development.
Designing in 3D softwares, preparing CAD Drawings and site management
- Should be excellent in creative designing and think and develop out of the box designs
Experience with commercial, Hospitality and residential projects- Ability to work well with a team and meet deadlines
Coordinate project updates using emails, messengers, voice chats & teleconferences
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
