Role Description

This is a full-time Architect Team Lead role at Isprava. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for team leadership, architecture design, software development, project management, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). You will oversee and guide the architectural team in creating exceptional luxury homes.

Qualifications

• 15 years + experience in Team Leadership and Project Management skills
• Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise
• Experience in Software Development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to mentor and lead a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Previous experience in luxury real estate projects is a plus
