Architect

Sturdy Group is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architect to join our team at our office in Bangalore. As the Architect, you will be responsible for leading the entire architect team and overseeing architectural projects from start to end. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and provide innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the architect team, providing guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and design goals.

Develop architectural designs, including conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings, using industry-standard software and tools.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.

Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information, assess feasibility, and monitor progress.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.

Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex architectural issues and challenges.

Research and stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in the field of architecture.

Mentor and train junior architects, fostering their professional growth and development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 300,000.00 - 535,000.00 per year
