Key Responsibilities:- Develop conceptual designs based on client needs and project requirements.
Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.- Professional licensure as an Architect.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving ability.
