Architect

We are seeking talented and motivated Architects to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in architectural design and proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion, and SketchUp software. As an Architect, you will play a key role in designing and planning architectural projects, collaborating with clients and team members, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.

• Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design: Develop architectural designs, plans, and drawings for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.

• Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD, Lumion, and SketchUp software to create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and visualizations of architectural designs.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.

Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, gather site data, and monitor construction progress as needed.Code Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.

• Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and address any concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other architects, designers, and support staff to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project reports.Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate design proposals to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to project requirements and standards.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential and commercial projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion, and SketchUp software.

• Strong design and visualization skills with the ability to create compelling presentations and renderings.

Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines.

• Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
