Job description- Take sketches and initial architectural designs created by the Principal, Project Manager, or Supervisor and create hard-liner drawings from them in Revit and AutoCAD.
Should have knowledge of Google sketch up, 3Ds Max, & Lumion, 3D Walkthrough will be an added advantage.- Create photorealistic renderings in Revit to express design ideas to project stakeholders.
Accurately measure and then draw existing field conditions in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Assist in the creation of various materials for client presentations.
Assist in the completion of document packages as part of project milestone submissions.- Qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior designing with 1-3 years experience working in an Architectural office or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Revit is a necessity, including the use of all 3D modeling tools and 2D annotation tools.
Applicants must be comfortable using Word and Excel.
