We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience working in the job market context of India, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading design projects from conception to completion, managing teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the projects.
- Holds Team of Drafters/Designers for results.
- Ensure drawings produced by drafting team and sub-contractors are accurate and timely in alignment.
- Coordination and identify areas of concerns with design intent.
- Understanding of structural / Monitoring & Evaluation(M&E) drawings.
- Able to communicate with consultants in clear hand sketches drawing.
- Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities.
- Awareness of contractual obligations / rights.
- Should be highly creative and great knowledge of architectural concepts & good management skills
- Designing, Planning, Creating and executing building elevation designs and highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided design applications
- Municipal drawing making & coordinating with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
- Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget as per requirements.
- Coordinating with the Clients, Site Engineers, Contractor, Project Managers, Quantity surveyors & team members.
- Specifying the requirements for the project, adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
- organizational, project management and planning skills including the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and mathematical ability
- Leadership skills and ability to work well within a team of other professionals an awareness of the specific environmental and social impact of your projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 6-10 years of experience working as an Architect in India
- Strong portfolio of successful projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in India
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
