8+ years of experience in Design and architect comprehensive cybersecurity solutions, with a strong emphasis on Identity and Access Management (IDAM) and Ping technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define cybersecurity architecture standards and best practices.
Develop detailed technical specifications and architectural diagrams for cybersecurity solutions.
Implement and configure IDAM and Ping solutions to meet business requirements and security objectives.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures.
Monitor and analyse cybersecurity threats and trends and implement proactive security measures to mitigate risks.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on cybersecurity-related issues and initiatives.
Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity matters, representing the organization in discussions with clients, partners, and industry forums.
Lead cybersecurity projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certification is highly desirable. Proven experience in designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions, with a focus on IDAM and Ping technologies.
In-depth knowledge of identity management, authentication, authorization, and access control concepts and technologies.
Hands-on experience with Ping Identity products such as PingFederate, Ping Access, and Ping Directory.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex cybersecurity issues and develop effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience in leading cybersecurity projects and teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
