Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and talented Architect to join our team at Sahanas Creations. As an Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including apartments, villas, resorts, hotels, institutions, corporate offices, and factory offices. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience as an Architect.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture IS MUST
- PREFERENCE FOR INTERIOR FIELD IS PREFERED
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Architect
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project feasibility and progress
- Provide creative and innovative design ideas that meet client requirements and budget constraints
- Prepare and present design proposals and technical reports to clients
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and specifications
- Review and evaluate project specifications, materials, and construction methods
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design and technology.
