Job Responsibilities:- The ideal candidate with 2+ years experience, a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, or a related discipline.
This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.- The candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
Conduct weekly review meetings on site along with the site supervisor to monitor project timelines.
- Prepare in-house designs, working drawings, and execution drawings per the Management requirement.
Communicate regularly to Management with project updates such as the status of each project, potential issues on site, etc.- Experience in Autocad, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Sketchup software.
Excellent communication skills.
