- Roles and Responsibilities:
Design Development:
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers in the development of conceptual designs for architectural and interior projects.
Contribute to the creation of detailed drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
Assist in space planning and layout design, ensuring optimal utilization of space while meeting client requirements and project goals.Material and Finish Selection:
Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings based on project specifications, budget, and design concept.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand and interpret client needs, and present design concepts effectively.Project Coordination:
Work closely with project managers to ensure the timely and accurate completion of design deliverables.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project details.
Documentation:
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and other project documentation.
Site Visits:- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to design intent.
Research and Innovation:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the design process.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
Strong conceptual and design skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
