Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Architect to be deployed in the Bangalore Branch. The Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with architectural design, concept, and detailed drawings. This role is reporting to the team of the Dubai office.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of designs (concept/schematic).
- Prepare visual materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Holistic Design Coordination.
- Aesthetic and thorough detailing of design.
- Creation of systematic color and material palates.
- Creation of detailed working drawings.
- Creating area statements.
- Provide creative inputs to enhance basic functional design.
- Understand the design and approval rules of various authorities
- Keep on learning skills as per modern practices in the relevant field and update other disciplines organization wide.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 3-5 years of work experience with a keen eye towards detailing and conceptual visualizations.
- Excellent skills in Architectural Conceptual Design with a keen eye for presentations.
- Software proficiency in design and architectural software's such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, ArchiCAD.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and remotely.
