Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at KEN ASSOCIATES located in Patna. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create functional and aesthetic designs that meet project requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing architectural drawings, creating project specifications, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in architectural design and construction
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Excellent drawing and visualization skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
