The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and planning of residential projects, ensuring compliance with municipal by-laws and regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural knowledge, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and municipal authorities.
Develop and design architectural projects in compliance with municipal by-laws.
Conduct site analysis to inform design decisions and ensure project feasibility.
Prepare detailed architectural working drawings (Plans, sections & Elevations) and specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, builders, and consultants to ensure project alignment with technical and regulatory standards.
Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into feasible designs.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, ideally within a real estate context.
Solid understanding of municipal by-laws and building regulations in Mumbai.
Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Vray, Microsoft office, etc.)
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional detail orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
