Role description

n

Role Proficiency:

n

nIndependently analyze and develop applications and review and design solutions in their assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems. Manage and mentor a team

n

nOutcomes:

n
n
  • Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options. Optimize application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and by reusing proven solutions while accounting for others developmental activities
n
  • Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications Deployment documentation
n
  • Perform design document reviews peer code reviews and suggest code improvements
n
  • A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on time
n
  • Learn technology business domain system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account
n
  • Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities for example (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
n
  • Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
n
  • Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
n
  • Optimizes efficiency cost and quality.
n
  • Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
n
  • Code debug test and document and communicates product/component/feature development stages.
n
  • Validate results with user representatives integrates and commissions the overall solution.
n
  • Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and for improvements in business processes completing sprint deliverables ahead of time helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders etc

  • Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams
n
  • Learn and implement technology newly released features after impact analysis wherever applicable.
n
  • Attend industry/technology specific conferences (if applicable) and share the knowledge with the team.
n
  • Conduct peer reviews and demand high quality standards from the reviewed deliverables.
n
  • Conduct technical assessments for hiring candidates to developer/lead roles.
n
  • Mentor and manage a team.
n
  • Set goals for self and team in NorthStar. Provide timely feedback to team members

    Looking for an TPM/ Scrum Master to manage the Salesforce Technologies development team. The attributes we are looking for is a leader with technology and software development knowledge, an innovator, problem-solver and a people person. Responsibilities Working closely with the Management teams and all the stakeholders. Managing/running multiple scrums and projects. Responsible for all product/project timelines, and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner as per the defined scope and budget. Creating and implementing best practices policies, standards and frameworks Ensure coordination between teams for timely delivery. Understand the requirements from the development and delivery team and assist in designing software solutions. Estimate the project and delivery timelines. Identify, monitor and process tasks through discussion with teams including raising red flags, reporting tasks etc. Ability to detect any blockers and delay in delivery and to take the required action and responsibility. Conduct regular meetings with team leaders and follow up on project status. Ability to excel in a fast-paced start up like culture where features are rapidly developed and tested, revised and experimented. Streamline the team's overall performance and delivery. Mentoring, Coaching and nurturing team members Ability to work with teams across the globe. Qualifications/Requirements 10+ years of progressive career in IT. Should have managed minimum of 2-3 projects in Salesforce in a Agile- Scrum model Experience in Salesforce product development is a huge plus Excellent Project Management, People Management and Leadership skills in a software Development environment. Must have experience as Project Manager in Agile-Scrum and Waterfall software development methodology. Should have ability to influence without authority. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have experience of running Sprints and tracking throughput through tools like JIRA, Confluence and JAMA. Must be having a Scrum Master certification CSM or PSM-I.
