Hiring for JUNIOR/ SENIOR ARCHITECT

Experience Range 4 years to 12 years

Qualification - Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent.

NOTE-

• Should have relevant years of experience preferably with consultancy firms.
• The candidate should possess the following skill set: Auto CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and MS Office etc. Knowledge of Revit Architecture and rendering software shall be an added advantage.

Job Description:

-Design, develop and conceptualize architectural drawing and working drawing.

-Prepare working drawing, Architecture and interior details as required.

-Analyse building code and byelaws, space requirement, site requirement and other technical documents as well as reports.

-Able to lead the team of architects and technicians and should co- ordinate with the Consultants in terms of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, Landscape etc.

-Coordinating with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to resolve the technical issues and clarifications for successful implementation of ideas.

-Monitoring the site progress, site visits and proper implementation of the drawings on site.

-Managing quality of productions drawings, tenders, BOQ, relevant architectural documentation.

• Strong leadership, should be able to work alone as well as in a team, strong organizational skills and technical abilities. Should have analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess strong sense of aesthetics, an eye for color and details, a sense of balance, proportions and appreciation for beauty. Smart approach to material selection and cost-effective solutions.
