Company Description:
Looking for an architect for a Real estate company based in Mumbai. The person must be well-acquainted with conducting feasibility studies for upcoming projects and creating reports on the same.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Feasibility Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies on potential real estate and construction projects.
- Develop feasibility reports, including technical and financial assessments, risk factors, and projected ROI.
- Present findings to the Director, providing recommendations on project viability and alignment with company goals.
2. Site Visits and Project Assessment
- Visit project sites to gather data on location, accessibility, infrastructure, and other on-site factors.
- Evaluate local regulatory and environmental conditions affecting project feasibility.
- Provide a detailed site report, identifying potential challenges or advantages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
