Key Responsibilities:- Consult with clients to determine the requirements of the project.
Prepare feasibility reports for new projects, outlining potential issues and solutions.- Develop initial design proposals, including sketches and diagrams.
Present design ideas to clients and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
- Prepare detailed architectural plans and technical drawings using CAD software.
Ensure that the design meets legal requirements and building regulations.- Collaborate with other professionals, such as engineers and urban planners, to ensure the design is practical and safe.
Monitor the construction process to ensure that the design is followed accurately.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Keep up to date with new technologies, materials, and methods in the industry.- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
Contribute to the design and development of sustainable buildings and environmentally friendly practices.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficient in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.- Strong understanding of building codes, legal regulations, and sustainability principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
