Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Draftsman at Hemant Vora & Associates. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating precise and detailed architectural drawings and plans. The day-to-day tasks of the role include using computer-aided design (CAD) software to draft and edit drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and completeness of plans, and reviewing and revising drawings to meet client requirements. This is a hybrid role that allows for some remote work, providing flexibility in terms of location.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting techniques and standards
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret and translate design concepts into drawings
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Experience in architectural drafting or a related field
• Degree or diploma in architecture, drafting, or a related field
