Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with at least 2 years of experience to join INK PPT. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design, combined with the ability to produce high-quality 3D layouts, approach maps, and route maps for a variety of client projects. As part of our creative team, you will work on producing visually engaging, informative, and effective designs to help our clients communicate complex ideas in clear, visually compelling ways.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 3D Layouts & Presentations-

- Create high-quality 3D models and layouts for client presentations, ensuring they are aesthetically engaging, functional, and aligned with the project's vision.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop architectural visualizations that effectively communicate spatial concepts and designs.

2. Approach & Route Maps-

- Develop clear and informative approach maps and route maps for presentations, helping clients understand navigation, access points, and flow of spaces.

- Ensure maps and layouts are user-friendly, precise, and aligned with both the client's branding and the overall design language of the project.

3. Visual Storytelling-

- Work with the team to ensure that all design elements contribute to a cohesive visual story that supports the client's objectives.

- Integrate key architectural elements into presentations to help clients convey their ideas and plans clearly and persuasively.

4. Collaboration & Feedback-

- Collaborate closely with the senior design team, project managers, and clients to refine concepts and deliverables.

- Be responsive to client feedback and make revisions as needed to ensure designs meet client needs and expectations.

5. Design Software Proficiency-

- Use industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create polished, professional layoutsand maps.

- Ensure all digital assets are properly formatted, organized, and ready for presentation.

6. Quality Control-

- Maintain a high standard of quality across all design work, ensuring that designs are not only visually compelling but also accurate and functional.

- Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architecture, design, or related creative fields, with a strong portfolio of 3D layouts, maps, or presentation designs.-
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for design and presentation work.
• Experience in creating detailed and accurate maps, route diagrams, and other technical visual aids.
