Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Architect with professional experience, preferably with a background in premium workspaces, commercial, and high-end hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in architectural design and technical skills, complemented by proficiency in key design software and experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates. You will work closely with our senior architects and designers to develop and execute design solutions that meet our high standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and refinement of architectural designs for commercial and high-end hospitality projects.

Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost estimates for various project components.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure design concepts are accurately translated into construction documents.

Utilize rendering software to produce high-quality visual presentations of design proposals.

Support project coordination and manage tasks to ensure timely delivery of design milestones.

Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas to enhance the project's aesthetic and functional aspects.

Qualifications:

Prior professional experience as an Architect, with experience in premium workspaces, commercial, and high-end hospitality projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and rendering software.

Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.

Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.

Ability to produce high-quality renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas.
