We're seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Architect to lead our projects from inception to execution, contributing to our innovative and high-quality designs.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to on-site execution. Key responsibilities include:

- Constructing clear diagrams using AutoCAD for effective project communication.

- Following up on projects, ensuring timely execution with a keen eye for detail.

- Conducting frequent quality assurance checks to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Liaising with government departments and utilizing strong contacts for project facilitation.

- Preparing technical drawings and presentations for client interactions.

- Implementing design concepts aligned with client requirements.

- Collaborating with construction professionals and project teams.

- Coordinating with various disciplines and head office in Delhi for various deliverables.

- Demonstrating expertise in 3D software and design aptitude.

Required Candidate Profile:

- B.Arch/M.Arch with a minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience.

- Good liaising experience with strong contacts in government departments.

- Experience in Aviation Sector/Transportation Sector will be and added advantage.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.

- Strong project management and communication skills.

- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.

- Creative mindset with strong visualization skills.

- Proven experience managing and delivering projects independently.
