Position: Senior Architect- Gender: Male/ Married Women
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture
1) Lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring design quality, functionality, and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
2) Manage project teams, including junior architects, designers, and consultants, providing mentorship and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
3) Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure design implementation and resolve on-site issues.
4) Should have an idea of development control rules and be able to design a project based on those rules.
5) Represent the firm at client meetings, presentations, and industry events
6) Experience with _Auto cad software

7) Experience in residential projects from start to end on their own and strong knowledge of MAHARASHTRA UDCPR regulations
8) _Open to Travel to Panvel & Mumbai based on work.*_
