We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring they are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves working closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring innovative designs to life.
Project Design and Development
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Create detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software.
- Develop innovative design concepts that meet both client needs and regulatory standards.
Sustainability
- Incorporate sustainable design practices to minimize environmental impact.
Stay updated on green building practices and emerging technologies.
Client Interaction- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management.
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proven track record of successfully completed projects.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards.
Excellent design and visualization skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
- Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions
Excellent oral and written communication- Analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability
Technically creative and open-minded- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and completed projects.
