Job Description

Position Summary:
As an Architect at Clinicity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall design and functionality of our healthcare facilities. You will collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and healthcare professionals to create innovative, sustainable, and patient-centered spaces.

Responsibilities:

Conceptual Design: Develop initial design concepts for healthcare facilities, including patient rooms, waiting areas, clinics, and administrative spaces.
Site Planning: Create efficient and functional site layouts, considering factors such as accessibility, circulation, and sustainability.
Building Design: Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details for healthcare facilities.
Code Compliance: Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
Project Management: Oversee the design and construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, interior designers, and healthcare professionals to develop integrated design solutions.
Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and reports.
Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design principles into projects, such as energy efficiency, water conservation, and materials selection.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and sustainability standards.
Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for designing innovative and patient-centered healthcare environments.
