Architect - Automation COE (Onsite position in Chennai)

The Automation Architect will be responsible for design, implementing, and optimizing and enhance the technical foundations enabling the team to automate current manual controls and develop a series of automation solutions. Automation Architect should have deep expertise in Microsoft Services & Technologies to design the automation initiatives. As organizations increasingly leverage Microsoft's suite of automation tools and platforms, we are looking for someone who can architect end-to-end automation solutions tailored to the business needs. ServiceNow and RPA tools knowledge will be added advantage for success in this role.

Your key responsibilities

• Exploring and implementing new ways to bring intelligent automation in End User Support and Infrastructure operations across Network, Security, Cloud and Storage areas.
• Building technical solutions using Microsoft AIML, Chatbot integrations, Custom Copilot development, Power Apps
• Designing, Programming, and testing automation components, solutions, and processes
• Evaluate new tools / technologies to identify best fit solution for Automation strategy.
• Collaborating with other business units and Clients
• Cross train on multiple technologies to effectively build & support various automation solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to other automation resources.

Skills and attributes to success

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (or) computer science (or) related field.
• Certifications & Proven experience in Microsoft Services and tools - Chatbot development, Custom Copilot solutions, Power Apps
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python & PowerShell.
• Experience in Automation tools ITPA tools (SNOW Orchestration) and RPA tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
