PREMANENT RESIDENT OF MUMBAI ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERD

Scope of Work: Architect + Liasoning for Residential, Commercial, Mixed user Building, Redevelopment buildings.

1) Prepare concept design and Presentation.

2) Prepare Tentative Feasibility Report

3) Planning Designing of Project to final level

4) Coordinate with RCC, MEP, Landscape & other consultants for specifications drawings to meet project requirements.

4) Assist in preparing GFC Drawings and regularly visiting the construction site to gather information and checking.

5) Assist in prepare Municipal Drawings and documentations

6) Cordinating with various vendors for material selection and finalizing same

Abilities :

A) Versatile and positive attitude towards work.

B) Degree in Architecture, Design.

C) Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions should possess excellent time-management and follow-up skills.

D) Knowledge of laws, legal codes, precedents, government regulations, executive orders.
