Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As an Architect, you will be pivotal in transforming blueprints into breathtaking structures that not only meet client expectations but also adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability. Your innovative design approach will play a crucial role in various projects, from residential homes to commercial buildings. Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients, you will ensure that all projects are executed on time and within budget, while also tackling any challenges that may arise during the construction process. In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone with strong communication as you will coordinate with other teams to bring visions to life.

Responsibilities

Develop and present architectural designs and plans for various construction projects.

Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to inform design decisions.

Collaborate with engineers, clients, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Oversee the architectural aspects of construction projects and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for tendering and construction.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Licensed Architect with relevant professional certification.

Proven experience of at least 3 years in architectural design and project management.

Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, and Lumion.

Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
