Prepare Project Briefs, programs, and Design Schedule. Well versed with MEP Design and manage consultants for provide MEP Design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360 and InDesign software is must. Skilled at working with Different departments - Leasing, Sales, Structure and MEP to develop coordinated output as per the design intent established. Skilled on BIM 360 working environments with a previous experience is a must. Skilled on creating and resolving workflows on BIM 360. Desirable to have English communication skills and shall have a pleasing personality.
