AR Trainer

Description

We are seeking an experienced AR Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-9 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on AR technology. The candidate should be able to design and deliver effective training programs that enhance the skills of our AR team members.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on AR technology for team members
• Develop training material and resources for the AR team
• Assess the training needs of the AR team and develop training plans accordingly
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of team members
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary changes to improve outcomes

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5-9 years of experience in AR technology and training
• Strong knowledge of AR development tools, such as Unity and Vuforia
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in creating training material and resources
• Ability to assess training needs and develop training plans
• Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and making necessary changes
