Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated AR Caller with specialized knowledge in physician billing and denial management to join our Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the physician billing process, be adept at managing and resolving insurance denials, and be skilled in follow-up procedures to ensure timely reimbursement. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex billing issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Denial Management:
  • Investigate and analyze denied or rejected physician claims to determine the cause.
  • Develop and submit appeals for denied claims, ensuring compliance with payer guidelines.
  • Work with the billing team to correct errors and resubmit claims as necessary.
  • Identify and address recurring denial trends to improve claim acceptance rates.
  • Account Follow-Up:
  • Make proactive outbound calls to insurance companies, patients, and other relevant parties to follow up on outstanding claims and payments.
  • Document all interactions and updates related to claims and denials in the billing system.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize follow-ups based on the age and amount of the claim.

AR Caller:

Experience: 1.5 years to 4 years

Shift timings:8.30PM to 5.30AM IST

Skills: AR Denials (Excluding DME) Mandate should have worked minimum 1 years in AR Denials.

Work Location:Perungudi

Salary:Max 35K as Take Home

Workdays:5 weekdays

Cab:Doorstep drop cab only female staffs 15KM to 20KM radius from office.

Other Benefits :-

1)Mediclaim 2L for self(0% co pay) and dependents spouse + 2kids 50% co pay. If they are not in ESI. If in ESI only for self 1L mediclaim.

2) For Night shift Dinner facility provided by company and no deduction.

3) Apart from this probation period is 3 months, once they get confirmed they will have mediclaim for 2L and GPA 10L
