Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller at Dafson's Healthcare Solutions Private Limited located in Hubli-Dharwad. The AR Caller will be responsible for handling accounts receivable and resolving billing issues with clients. They will also communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to ensure timely payments and efficient revenue cycle management.

• Strong knowledge of medical billing and accounts receivable processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve billing issues
• Experience in dealing with insurance companies and healthcare providers
• Proficiency in using billing software and healthcare databases
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in revenue cycle management is a plus
