**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced AR Caller with mandatory Part B Billing experience in US healthcare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounts receivable follow-ups, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement from insurance companies, and addressing any issues related to Part B Billing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **AR Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up calls to insurance companies regarding unpaid claims.

- **Part B Billing:** Manage and process Part B Billing claims, ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations.

- **Claims Resolution:** Resolve billing issues and discrepancies by communicating effectively with insurance companies.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and maintain reports on claim status, collections, and follow-up activities.

- **Denial Management:** Analyze and address denied claims, taking necessary steps to appeal and resolve them.

- **Timely Processing:** Ensure timely submission and follow-up of claims to meet reimbursement timelines.

- **Client Interaction:** Collaborate with healthcare providers and clients to clarify billing questions and resolve issues.

- **Process Improvement:** Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing best practices.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of calls and actions taken for auditing and reporting purposes.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AR Caller with Part B Billing in US healthcare.

- **Industry Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of US healthcare billing and insurance processes, especially Part B Billing.

- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- **Software Proficiency:** Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

- **Data Analysis:** Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve billing issues.

- **Problem-Solving:** Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve issues effectively.
