• BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics)
• Diploma Holders: 10+3 years Diploma courses
• Postgraduates: MBA, MCA
• Year of Passing: 2020 to 2024
• Experience: Freshers only (no prior experience required)

As a Trainee Process Associate - AR Caller at AGS Health, you will handle accounts receivables for healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling and Follow-ups:

• Contact insurance providers to check claim statuses and resolve payment delays.
• Follow up on pending claims and document the responses.

1. Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of calls and claim statuses.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the system.

1. Reporting Issues:

• Escalate unresolved claims to higher authorities for further action.
• Ensure adherence to compliance policies and client guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
