- Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Aptitude Trainer to deliver effective training sessions for MBA and Bank entrance exams. The trainer will support students in practice sessions, clear doubts, and provide strategic tips to help them achieve high marks.
Conduct Training Sessions: Teach quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation.
- Support Practice Sessions: Assist students during practice and provide personalized guidance.
Doubt Clearing
: Resolve student queries and ensure concept clarity.Test Preparation Strategies
: Offer tips for maximizing scores and guide on exam strategies.Resource Development: Develop and update study materials and practice tests
- Motivation and Encouragement: Create a positive learning environment and inspire students.
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in MBA and Bank exam training.
Strong knowledge of relevant subjects.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
