- Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aptitude Trainer to join our team in Madurai. As an Aptitude Trainer, you will be responsible for imparting high-quality training to students preparing for CAT, MAT, BANK, and SSC exams. Your role will involve designing comprehensive course materials, conducting classes, and mentoring students to achieve their exam goals.
Conducting classes for aptitude subjects including Quantitative Aptitude, and Data Interpretation.- Providing personalized attention and coaching to students to enhance their problem-solving abilities and exam-taking skills.
Monitoring student progress through regular assessments and feedback sessions.
- Keeping up-to-date with exam patterns, trends, and changes to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective.
Motivating and inspiring students to achieve academic excellence and excel in competitive exams.
Msc Maths, B.E, B.Tech, M.E. & M Tech- Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer or similar role, preferably in a reputed coaching institute.
Strong understanding of CAT, MAT, BANK, and SSC exam patterns and syllabi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.- Passionate about education and committed to student success.
Proficient in MS Office and educational technology tools.
