Available Apprenticeship Tracks:
Finance Apprentice:
- Assist in financial data entry, bookkeeping, and invoicing.
- Support in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and financial analysis.
- Gain exposure to various financial processes and best practices.
HR Apprentice:
- Aid in recruitment and candidate screening processes.
- Assist in conducting background checks on potential hires.
- Support HR team in employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Learn about HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
Sales Apprentice:
- Work with the sales team to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
- Gain hands-on experience in the sales process and customer relationship management.
Marketing Apprentice:
- Collaborate with the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns.
- Assist in content creation, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Support in analyzing marketing data and metrics.
- Learn about digital marketing strategies and techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: [Specify the required education level, e.g., high school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent]
- Strong interest in the background verification industry and the chosen department (Finance, HR, Sales, or Marketing).

Note : Candidates will be given 3 months On Job Training and then will be evaluated. Based on their performance in the evaluation, they will be henceforth considered for an extended boot camp and can also be converted to employee if given satisfactory performance.
