Job Title: Appointment Setter

Job Type: Full-Time/Remote

Overview:

As an Appointment Setter at Hyperlinq Technology, you will play a crucial role in increasing our revenue by talking to potential leads and booking sales calls with them. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Setting: Proactively reach out to potential leads through various communication channels.
  • Inbound Setting: Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into booked appointments.
  • Booking Sales Calls: Schedule sales calls with qualified leads for our closers.
  • Lead Qualification: Ensure that the leads meet predefined criteria before setting appointments.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with leads to maintain engagement and confirm appointments.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on appointment-setting activities and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback and training to improve personal and professional skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully booking sales calls that convert into sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work 50-60 hours per week if needed.
  • Willingness to continually train and improve sales skills.
  • Coachable and open to feedback.

Disqualifiers:

  • Less than 6 months of sales experience.
  • Seeking a position only for flexibility and travel freedom.
  • Unwilling to work 50-60 hours per week if required.
  • No interest in continuous training and improvement.
  • Inability to accept criticism or feedback.

Targets:

  • 30-Day Target:
  • Learn all tech systems and product offerings.
  • Fully complete the course content.
  • Set 23-25 appointments resulting in at least 5 sales.

  • 60-Day Target:
  • Set 30-35 appointments resulting in at least 8 sales.

  • 90-Day Target:
  • Set 40-45 appointments resulting in at least 10-12 sales.

Compensation:

  • Small base salary up to 15000 plus commission.
