As an Applied AI Researcher, you will leverage your expertise in research science to drive the advancement of our AI initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and conducting experiments, developing models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply AI solutions to real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced research in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Develop and implement algorithms and models that address specific business problems and enhance product offerings.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at industry conferences.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and identify opportunities for innovation within the organization.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the development of a collaborative research culture.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in AI research or development, with a strong focus on applied methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, model evaluation, and validation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
