Job Description

  • Understanding Customer Needs
  • Product Demonstrations (entire software product portfolio)
  • Attend and present software product & technology at different conferences or events.
  • Technical Expertise and Support
  • work closely with Sales Account manager in the region
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Capable of working with prospects/ clients and report back internally.
  • Increase the brand and awareness of our product using tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, and other places where customers congregate.
  • Discussing products and problem solving with customers to ensure the correct technical solutions are deployed, evaluated and can interface into other products
  • Offering technical expertise to help maximize the likelihood of closing a sales opportunity
  • Deploying environments (either on-premises or in the cloud) for Proof of Concept (PoC) and evaluations, helping customers to run loads through the system to evaluate success
  • Understand customer requirements (including security, scale and accuracy) to propose a solution that will solve their problems
  • Customer education around installation, support and operation of deployments
  • Configuring kit for conferences/shows to emphasis our technology to the audience
  • Delivery of technical presentations and demos to customers and partners
  • Ongoing training and education of the Sales team as our technology and products evolve

Your Profile...
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales Engineer role in a software vendor or service company
  • CT / MRI background and anatomical knowledge
  • Experience understanding customer technical and business related needs to deliver world-class products.
  • Having experience in the field of Radiology as an X-Ray tech. highly desired
  • Ability to handle multiple complex sales transactions simultaneously.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues our customers face.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Solid experience of working in a customer facing pre and after sales role within a company developing software products
  • Enjoys troubleshooting complex issues and finding solutions
  • Self-driven and motivated individual who is passionate about helping customers be successful
  • Ability to learn and a desire to keep up with technology so can have real conversations with customers
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A strong and friendly can-do attitude with a real determination to deliver the very best solutions to potential clients
  • Some technical understanding of systems and infrastructure
  • Ability to multi-task and work within time constraints
  • Ability to work as part of a team
