Job Description

Reports directly to Business Development Manager, Semiconductor and Assembly Solutions, India. Responsible to drive growth through successful new product applications trials in addition to increasing customer loyalty through exceeding expectation in the areas of technical competence, responsiveness, and troubleshooting, working hand in hand with sales team.

You are required to work closely with various departments of such as the sales, marketing, R&D teams. The position interacts with various departments and business division within the SAS business unit locally, regionally, and globally. Qualified candidate should be able to accurately and on a timely basis, prepare and submit the monthly technical reports, call reports, and evaluation reports on timely basis

What will you be doing

Manage the Polymer Protection and Thermal Management (Electrolube) Applications Lab, including maintenance of the equipment.
Identify and assess incoming customer technical requirements and communicate parameters, application method and operating procedures.
Create application method, customize as per customer requirement for Polymer Protection and Thermal products, specifically conformal coatings and encapsulation resins.
Work in close co-ordination with Business Development, Sales and Line of Business team to develop and understand product application and qualitative analysis as and when required.
Execute application of the Polymer Protection and Thermal products (especially conformal coatings and encapsulation resins) per customer requirement, in collaboration with customer.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis for product and application failure, work in Kaizen-identifying projects and cost optimization.
Provide technical trainings, and technical presentations to external and internal customers.
Closely collaborate with other departments such as Operations, QA, R&D, and Product Marketing to provide technical solutions, to resolve product and quality issues, and maintain good product quality and services to Semiconductor and Assembly Solutions customers.
Prepare reports on testing, customer visit, projects, new documentation, quality standards.
Prepare and submit the monthly technical reports, call reports, and evaluation reports on timely basis.
