As an Application Engineer, you will deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis. This position works seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the applications are understood and have been considered.
As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring of all the ESP wells which includes regular tracking of wells operating outside ROR, erratic performance, sanding history, etc.
- Maintaining health chart of all the ESPs operating in field.
- Preparing RCFA reports for failed systems. Analyzing the nature of failures and recommending suitable solutions to alleviate them.
- Providing e initial failure report in case of any failures while installations and any service-related issues, while ESP installation.
- Preparing of Cause and Effect for each ESP well, in consultation with Company's representative.
- Running a proper start-up and commissioning of ESP wells.
- Keeping record of trips of the ESPs and highlight the abnormal issues to the company representatives and suggest appropriate action plan for review.
- Providing required analyses and optimization of the ESP well and lift systems for weekly reviews, compile and graph downloaded sensor and surface equipment data for weekly reviews, prepare and provide reports of ESP well performance for weekly reviews.
- Optimizing reports, designs, delivery status of the equipment and shall be able to answer queries concerning the operational aspects of ESPs.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor Petroleum / Electrical engineering or relevant discipline
- Have at least 8 years of dedicated ESP experience.
- Have experience in ESP Well Design
- Have a previous experience or background in all aspects of the Contractor's equipment.
- Be fully conversant and familiar with the operations, installation, workover and optimization of ESP and should have expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosis and fault analysis of ESP systems.
- Have adequate computer skill in Contractor's ESP sizing software.
- Be competent with the reporting and stock management requirements of the project.
- Be Fluent in written and spoken English
