Project Role Description
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the primary interface between the client and the DLP application, ensuring the quality and smooth functioning of systems. This role requires exceptional communication skills to accurately identify client issues and design effective solutions based on extensive product knowledge in DLP and Endpoint Security products.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Endpoint Security products such as Windows DLP and CASB.
- Utilize knowledge of ITIL processes to maintain effective service management.
- Apply understanding of system development methodologies across all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver timely reports, presentations, and other deliverables in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Must-Have Skills
Professional & Technical Skills
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP): Expertise in handling DLP tools and platforms, with a focus on troubleshooting and support.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows DLP, CASB, and Desktop troubleshooting.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Willingness to expand skills and gain knowledge in related security products.
