Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in troubleshooting various technical issues efficiently (mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated proficiency in Unix environments, including command line and scripting (mandatory skill).
- Strong debugging skills, capable of identifying and resolving complex issues effectively.
- Experience in any one of the programming skills - java/python/javascript
- Ability to write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and support tasks.
- Experience working with Bash and Shell scripting for system and application management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Perform debugging activities to identify and correct software defects.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of software solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with development teams to recommend improvements and enhancements.
- Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and other scripting languages.
- Document support activities and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application support and IT services.
