Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Lenovo Global Mail/Instant Messaging System/Office365-related applications, including Outlook/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint/Email Relay Server etc.
1. Handle user-escalated tickets and service requests.
2. Communicate and transfer knowledge to the service desk team.
3. Escalate critical incidents, difficult issues, or user voices to the level 3 team.
4. Create and maintain a knowledge base.
5. Assist the level team with other tasks (Survey returns, data and information collection, data export, etc.)
Qualifications:
1. Able to accept 7*24 night-shift rotation.
2. Strong communication and understanding ability, cross-team collaboration skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
4. Bachelor's degree or above, three or more years of relevant work experience in Microsoft series product operation and maintenance.
5. Experience in operation and maintenance of Microsoft product line Windows server/AD/Exchange/Lync/Office365 Teams.
6. Strong willingness to learn technology.
7. Windows Server/Linux system operation and maintenance experience is a plus.
8. Automation language ability is a plus, such as Python/Shell, etc.
