Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Application Support Specialist to join our team at MS FINCAP PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills to effectively communicate and resolve issues.
Qualifications And Skills
- - 3 to 5 years of experience in application support or a similar role
- - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- - Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Technical support or help desk support experience is a plus
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles And Responsibilities
- - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- - Identify and escalate complex problems to senior team members
- - Document and track customer issues using Zendesk or Jira
- - Assist in user acceptance testing and implementation of software applications
- - Conduct training sessions for clients on software functionality
- - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments
- - Continuously improve processes and enhance customer experience
