Position L2 Support Engineer for OTT Media Operations Relevant Experience 4 to 12 years in Application Operations support Hands on experience of Linux system with scripting / Programming knowledge (shell, phyton etc ) Hands on Experience in Kubernetes Cluster Hands-on knowledge of Nginx (Middleware Technology) Hands-on knowledge on any of the Database Technologies (Mysql , Mongo, Cassandra, Elastic Search, Redis ) Experience on Application Monitoring Tools & Configuration. Good to have Cloud Experience (GCP , Azure or AWS ) Good to have Devops & CI/CD Automation Experience ( Azure Devops , Jenkins, Terraform , Ansible etc ) Should be able to work in Rotational shift including 4 to 6 night shift per month. Certification on Cloud / Kubernetes will be added advantage Responsibility Taking actions on the Alerts generated in the system and ensure KPI availability, Follow Service management process for Change, incident, problem, defects Monitoring Improvements. Automation to reduce manual actions on systems. Security compliances of the Applications
