Qualifications and Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience in Application Support
  • Strong knowledge of Shell Scripting, Linux, Unix, and Cloud Operations
  • Experience with PLSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Oracle
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 application support for Jio's digital apps and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
  • Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
  • Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks
  • Manage incidents and provide timely resolutions
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
