Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users and clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Monitor and maintain the performance of our software applications, including identifying and addressing any potential issues or bottlenecks.
Collaborate with the development team to implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements to our applications.
Work with the operations team to ensure the stability and reliability of our applications and infrastructure.
Document and update support processes, procedures, and best practices.
Participate in on-call support rotations to address any urgent issues outside of regular business hours.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in application support, software development, or IT operations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java
Knowledge of database management and SQL querying.
Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
