Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support for production issues reported by customers.
- Debug various reporting issues and data mismatches with business users.
- Resolve issues in daily/weekly load cycles, ensuring smooth operations.
- Contribute to activities such as releases, deployments, and patching.
- Work closely with client counterparts to handle critical user requests and issues.
- Perform backend updates and run SQL queries for debugging and data analysis.
- Escalate complex issues to development and higher-level support teams for further assistance.
- Maintain documentation of issues and their resolutions for future reference.
